One of the things I have always loved about our little slice of heaven here at the Cigar.com forum is the great quality of people that come through it. I also love how you guys always seem to have our back when the occasional troll comes around with no other purpose than to disrupt our community. You guys truly protect this place and for that I am grateful. Sadly, I see more and more of these folks coming around every week, visiting for the sole purpose of acting like total jackasses and trying to issue spoiler after spoiler with a holier than thou attitude. Not once have I really I ever seen any of long standing regulars refer to someone as "noob" or go out of their way to exclude people from the forum or participating. You guys really are the reason I do what I do. I tell people all the time that "cigar people really are the most generous and gracious people in the world" and I think that gets exemplified here in our forum more than anywhere else. God bless and thank you for your business, for your loyalty and for being all around standup folks.

Thanks for the kind words Alex. I've always noticed that even though the same questions get asked all the time we (the forum) are always willing to help, which is something most boards do not.

The reason I keep coming back Alex, is because of you guys at Cigar.Com... I may not solely buy my stuff from you guys like others on here do, but I've sent many-a Cigar of the Month Customer here, and all my friends know to come here to buy cigars along with me!

in other words "I love you guys"

Thanks Alex and I agree, this group is the best bunch of guys anywhere. I consider all the guys here my extended dysfunctional family! If anyone can believe it, most here are less dysfuntional than most of my real family... lol

I have to agree, this is the friendliest of all forums. Everyone is welcomed, and encouraged to participate. And on the subject of being giving, have you seen the bombs going around the last couple of months? Thank you to "Swanson" and company, for putting on this forum, I needed another addiction. Tom

Thanks for the kind words and encouragement, Alex. To be honest, CCom is one of the very few companies that still have that family feel to it. You guys treat us very well and I'm sure I speak for all of us when I say that we appreciate it. You and the rest of the CCom crew are the reason that we keep coming back. Not only that, this is by far, the most civilized and relaxed forum that I've ever been a part of. I'm proud to be a stogie nut.

I may not have a very high post count, but I lurk here a lot. If Ccom keeps up the great work with great salespeople, great advice, and great deals, we'll keep coming back. :-)

Thanks for the kind words Alex. C.Com knows how to treat people and that is because they are made up of a group of quality people themselves.

Trolls and C.COM wannabee's will come and go. We can smell them from a mile away.

The group of BOTL who visit here may not agree on everything... but I bet we all agree that C.COM is the best place to purchase cigars from for a completely satisfactory gauranteed transaction.

The personal service and way the reps. all make you feel like you are buying from a friend you can trust is not found at this level anywhere else. We got your back, cause you got ours.
