How do I find out the status of my order at Cigar.com?
Review your recent e-mail messages from Cigar.com. We notify customers, at the time the order is shipped, a tracking number and a link to the shipper that we used to ship your order. When you find your tracking number, click on the link to the shipper, and enter your tracking number. This will provide you with the location of your package. If you can't find your tracking number, forward a copy of your order confirmation, including your name, order number, and email address to [service@cigar.com]. Please note that tracking service is not provided with the postal option.

How do I track my order?
If you would like to track your order, go to the [Account] area (found at the top of this page) and log-in. From there, click on "Order History" - where you will be able to view your order status and track its shipping progress.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, you must immediately contact our customer service department at [service@cigar.com] or Call 800.357.9800 for further instructions. Please do not discard any of the merchandise or packaging materials, as we may need these items for further investigation. Note: we do not accept half smoked cigars as damaged material.

How do I return an order?
We have a no questions asked policy in the extremely unlikely event you are not satisfied with the quality of our products. First, you must request a return authorization from our customer service department at [service@cigar.com] or Call 800.357.9800. You must contact us within 30 days of receipt, as we will not accept returns after that time. Next, you will need to ship your item back to us for a reship or credit less shipping. Note: we must receive the returned cigars in 'like-quality' packaging and we will not accept damaged cigars that return with no padding or protective packaging.

Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted?
At Cigar.com, we begin working on your order minutes after you submit it. Once you authorize your transaction, we cannot guarantee our ability to make changes or cancellations to an order. Of course, we will do our best to accommodate if changes are possible. We guarantee your satisfaction and want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. So, if you have made an error with your order, rest assured that we do everything we can to remedy the situation.
